Completeness Review

After submission, the coordinator reviews the proposal for completeness. The outcome is one of three: the application is complete, it requires revisions, or it is withdrawn.

If it is complete, the coordinator will advance it to the next step – Pending Content Review. You should also receive e-mail notification about the new status.

If it is incomplete, it will be returned to you. You will see it in your Proposals and Assignments lists with a status of Pending Clarifications for Pubs Coordinator. You should also receive an e-mail message, indicating what is expected.

If it is withdrawn, you will see it in your Proposals lists with a status of Withdrawn and will be e-mail notified.

Actions Available at the Completeness Review Step

If the proposal is complete or withdrawn, some actions are available – such as View/Export Application –, but you are not expected to do anything.

If it is incomplete, depending on your project, some or all of the following will be available:

You are expected to edit the application as indicated. Select Edit and Submit Application to open it for editing and resubmit it. Its new status will again be Pending Content Review.
