After submission, the coordinator reviews the proposal for completeness. The outcome is one of three: the application is complete, it requires revisions, or it is withdrawn.
If it is complete, the coordinator will advance it to the next step – Pending Content Review. You should also receive e-mail notification about the new status.
If it is incomplete, it will be returned to you. You will see it in your Proposals and Assignments lists with a status of Pending Clarifications for Pubs Coordinator. You should also receive an e-mail message, indicating what is expected.
If it is withdrawn, you will see it in your Proposals lists with a status of Withdrawn and will be e-mail notified.
If the proposal is complete or withdrawn, some actions are available – such as View/Export Application –, but you are not expected to do anything.
If it is incomplete, depending on your project, some or all of the following will be available:
View/Export Application – opens it in a new window in View mode (you can view, export, or print it from this window).
Edit Application – opens it in editable format.
Edit and Submit Application – opens it for editing and you can submit it to the first or next workflow step.
Withdraw Application – withdraws applications that have been submitted. Submitted applications cannot be deleted. For details see also Task List.
Postpone Request – postpones the application for a new date. If, at any step, you decide to postpone an application, you must fill out the form below.
You are expected to edit the application as indicated. Select Edit and Submit Application to open it for editing and resubmit it. Its new status will again be Pending Content Review.
