This is a self-registration form. For the time being you may register as an investigator. If you later assume other STaRS roles (reviewer, coordinator, etc.) contact the study or system administrators to add new roles to your user name. Follow these steps to register.
1. On the authentication box click Register Here, or click Registration Request on the public page. The self-registration form will appear.
2. Provide as much information as possible. Fields followed by an asterisk are required. To enter data in the dropdowns, click the down arrow and select a value from the list. Do not forget to click the check box of the projects for which you need this account.
3. Click Create User. If you have skipped required fields, STaRS will display red-letter messages to remind you of the requirements. Provide the required information and click Create User.
Your user account will be created. Depending on project, you might be able to use it at once or after a few days.
