Respond to Pending Revisions

Applications may be returned to you from each of the workflow points: Coordinator, reviewers, etc. You will be e-mail notified of the return. Provide the required additions and resubmit the application.

An application reaches a final decision when it is withdrawn, not approved, or approved.

Approved applications pass through a new workflow – Workflow 2 (WF2) – during which you may view, add, or delete proposal documents. Approved proposals will normally appear in your Proposals list. Approved proposals must be published or otherwise finalized within a preset span of time (normally 165 days). If nothing happens during this interval, you may have to provide a Progress Report. As of September 2008 not all projects require progress reports, but all projects require that you respond to applications returned to you.
