Click Westat to open Westat's home page. Close it to return to STaRS.
Click Privacy
to open NCI's Privacy and Security
web page. Select File > Close
(or > Exit) or click Close () to close the site and return to STaRS.
Click Accessibility to open an outline of the accessibility policy of your project. There is also an Accessibility Feedback Form that you may use to send feedback to the STaRS administrators, reporting accessibility problems.
Provide as much information as possible. First Name, Last Name, and Comments are required. If they are skipped, on Submit STaRS will highlight them, and your comments are not sent until the required fields are completed. If your comments refer to a specific page, copy and paste (or type) the URL address of that page in the Address of the Page field. When you finish, click Submit.
Select File > Close
(or > Exit) from the browser's
menu or click Close () to close the Accessibility
page and return to STaRS.
Click Registration Request to request registration as an investigator. Fill out the form and click Create User to become registered.
Click Contact Us to open your default e-mail program and send the study administrators an e-mail message.
Click Help to
open the latest online version of this Help system and read or print Help
topics. You may also use the Help Index or Search engine to search for
selected words and/or phrases. When you finish, select File
> Close (or > Exit)
from the browser's menu, click the Help Close
button, or click the browser's Close
() to close Help
and return to STaRS.
