At this level the publications administrator and/or other assigned Steering Committee reviewer(s) will review the proposal for content. The outcome is one of four: Approved, Pending Revisions for StC, Not Approved, or Withdrawn.

If it is Approved, it will go on to the second cycle of the workflow. You should also receive e-mail notification, and you will see the word Approved as the new status of the proposal in your Proposals list.

If it is Not Approved or Withdrawn, you will see those words in your Proposals list. You will also receive e-mail notification.

If it is returned to you, you will see its status as Pending Revisions for StC in your Proposals and Assignments lists, and you should be e-mail notified.
