My Account displays three options: Change Password, Update User Information, and Go Back.
Click Go Back to return to your STaRS home page without using the other options.
Click Change Password to change your password as often as you wish. The Change Your Password dialog box will appear (see also Forgot Password).
1. Type the current password in the Password box.
2. Type the new password in the New Password box.
3. Retype the new password on the Confirm New Password line.
4. Click Change Password. On Cancel the password will not be changed, and you will return to your STaRS home page. If you make mistakes or use an incorrect format, on Change Password STaRS will display messages highlighting the errors. If no errors are detected, on Change Password the current password will be changed with the new one.
5. Click Continue to return to your STaRS home page and continue using the system for the current session.
After you create a new password you may use it to log on to STaRS next time.
When you were registered as a user, the provided information was entered into the system. If it changes over time it can be updated.
1. On the My Account page click Update User Information. The Update Your Contact Information window will appear.
2. User Name is not editable. Add or change the contact information as needed (see also Register Here).
3. On Cancel your edits are lost and STaRS returns to your home page. On Submit Changes STaRS will display messages highlighting the errors if any. If no errors are detected, on Submit Changes STaRS will confirm the update.
4. Click OK. The information will be updated and you will return to your STaRS home page.
