to close your STaRS pages and return to the Authentication dialog box. From that
page you can log back in, register
as a user, obtain a temporary password,
or close the browser. To close the browser from the Authentication
page select File > Close (or
> Exit) or, alternatively,
click the Close icon at the top
right corner of the screen ().
Clicking Logout and then closing the browser is the proper way of exiting STaRS and the browser. Closing the browser while STaRS is still open may cause unwanted secondary effects.
